EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Right of withdrawal
The user, as a consumer, can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days after physical acquisition of the asset, without having to provide any justification.
To make an exchange, the user must send an email to dartgeckos@gmail.com, must indicate the order number and the product (s) he wants to exchange. Then it will be validated by us and we will schedule the collection of the product at your address, it must be properly packed as Dartgeckos is not responsible for any damage during transport. After good reception of the product, the exchange or refund of the value will be sent, as requested.

Exchanges or returns of animals, plants, live food or personalized products are not accepted.

The purchase and sale contracts entered into between Dartgeckos and the buyers are governed by Portuguese law.

Guarantee
The guarantee in force must be governed by Portuguese law.
If the purchased item is defective or does not look or function as advertised, Dartgeckos will have the option of repairing or replacing it free of charge, offering a reduction in price or a full refund;

In terms of plants, the user must be aware that the shipping process can damage plants, Dartgeckos only refund or exchanges the plant(s) if they do not recover;
The requirement for a full or partial refund will only be possible in cases where Dartgeckos is unable to guarantee repair or replacement of the asset.
For all matters that are not regulated by the present conditions, the Portuguese Law is applicable.
